IBEW 665 Endorses Andy Schor for Mayor

LANSING - Mayor Andy Schor today announced the endorsement of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local 665 in his campaign for reelection. IBEW 665 has trained some of the best and brightest electrical workers in the Lansing area.

“IBEW Local 665 is endorsing Mayor Schor because he is a proven leader here in Lansing.  The IBEW knows how important it is to have a Mayor that reflects our values and stands with our members,” said Aaron Pangborn, IBEW Local 665 Business Manager.

“I greatly appreciate the support of the hard-working members of IBEW Local 665,” Mayor Schor said. “It is an honor to be endorsed by these highly qualified folks whose expertise and skill, as well as generosity and assistance to our city, is so important.  I look forward to working with Local 665 for another four years as we grow Lansing together!.”

Mayor Andy Schor was endorsed by IBEW Local 665 in 2017 in his first run for Mayor. They join several others who have endorsed the Mayor for reelection, including Governor Gretchen Whitmer, Former Mayor Tony Benavides, local small business owner Gregory Eaton, IBEW 352, and UA Local 333. Schor is also in the process of releasing his vision for Lansing’s future.
